Jardine, CitiHomes share the same mission for Filipino homes in a new deal

Believing in the importance of protecting one’s home, CitiHomes Builders and Development, Inc., a real estate company that provides affordable homes for Filipino families, entrusted their soil treatment requirement to Jardine Distribution Inc, one of the country’s leading distributors of effective home solutions.

Jardine Distribution provides soil treatment using Protek 25% — the nation’s leading soil termiticide — at all of Citihomes’ subdivision projects.

CitiHomes decided to go with Protek 25% because it is a premium termiticide concentrate which is proven effective in eliminating termites. It is also the most economical of its kind in the market today and is only exclusive to pest control applicators and professionals.

The move is a testament to CitiHomes and JDI’s mission to ensure that Filipino families have homes where they will feel comfortable and safe.

“We are happy that CitiHomes shares our vision and believes in the importance of soil treatment. They find value in protecting the properties from the attack of termites, which means they are also putting value to safety and comfort of Filipino families,” said Ms. Peachy Tiu, Marketing Manager, JDI.

“We believe that treating our sites with Protek is a step to the right direction as it ensures protection of the houses we make from subterranean termites. Partnering with Jardine is perfect since we share the same mission of protecting Filipino homes,” said Engineer Tito Canales, Project Engineer of CitiHomes.
