Amaia Land strengthens accessibility and connectivity across its projects

All livable communities place the mobility of people at the center of their infrastructure planning. Prioritizing accessibility not only ensures safety for pedestrians but also encourages private car owners to use public conveyances, which means less vehicles adding to the traffic congestion out there.

This explains why top-of-mind affordable real estate provider Amaia Land continues to build developments that are completely accessible and promote connectivity—the first pillar in its CA.R.E.S initiative (Complete Accessibility and Connectivity, Right-sized community, Eco-efficiency and Structural stability).

I'm Amaia Land celebrates 5th year of providing quality homes to moreFilipinos

Aiming to help hardworking Filipino families have a house they can call their own, Amaia Land continues making those dreams come true as the company celebrates its 5th year in the industry.

Amaia was borne out of the vision of its mother company, Ayala Land (ALI), to broaden its residential product line to cater to the wider Philippine population.  In 2010, this came into fruition with the incorporation of Amaia Land and its subsequent launch of the first Amaia Scapes economic housing project, thereby reinforcing ALI’s thrust of “enhancing land, enriching lives for more people.”
