Amaia completes 300-plus units in its North Luzon projects; to construct over 100 units more this Christmas season

Holiday cheer came early to top-of-mind real estate provider Amaia Land Corp. when it completed more than 300 units in its developments located in Northern provinces: Amaia Scapes Bulacan; Amaia Scapes Pampanga; Amaia Scapes Capas; Amaia Scapes Urdaneta in Pangasinan; Amaia Scapes San Fernando; and Amaia Scapes Cabanatuan in Nueva Ecija.

It even gets better: this Christmas season, the leading property developer is set to start construction of more than 100 units in its developments located in Northern provinces.

Amaia Land turns over nearly 500 units in North of Manila

With less than three months to go before the year ends, top-of-mind and affordable real estate developer Amaia Land Corp. remains on track in its goal of providing superior-quality and cost-efficient homes to hardworking Filipino families and professionals nationwide.

Amaia Land’s communities located in North Luzon, specifically Bulacan, Cabanatuan, Capas, Mexico, San Fernando, and Urdaneta, has already turned over a total of 458 units to its homeowners, and with 188 units still expected to be turned over by the end of the year. In addition, Amaia is set to start a full blast construction and development of units in the Northern area of Manila before the end of 2018.

Amaia Scapes launches in Urdaneta

With its mission to give all Filipinos throughout the country a chance to have better homes, Ayala Land’s economic housing arm, Amaia, has successfully launched its first horizontal development in Pangasinan last Aug. 16—Amaia Scapes Urdaneta.

The launching of Amaia Scapes Urdaneta was attended by Project Development Manager Rachel Tubayan, Regional Sales Director Aurea Viray, and local government officials.
