Sun Life Grepa Recertified As A Great Place To Work For The 3rd Straight Year

Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. (Sun Life Grepa), one of the leading insurers in the Philippines, has once again earned recognition as a Great Place to Work® for the third straight year after achieving an impressive score in the latest employee survey conducted independently by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture and excellence.

According to the survey results, 91% of Sun Life Grepa employees affirmed that the company fosters an inclusive environment where they feel welcome. Furthermore, 92% acknowledged fair treatment regardless of gender, and 92% appreciated how the company celebrates special events.

Sun Life once again recertified as a Great Place to Work®

Sun Life Philippines has been recertified as a Great Place to Work® for the third straight year, after garnering an impressive score employee trust index in a recently concluded independent survey.

The scores came after Sun Life’s employees responded to an independently conducted survey by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. The results revealed that 90% of employees say they are proud to tell others that they work at Sun Life. They also believe that the management is honest and ethical in its business practices. Likewise, employees say they are treated fairly, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, and sexual orientation.

Sun Life Global Solutions Philippines gets GPTW certified for the 4th time in a row

Sun Life Global Solutions (SLGS) Philippines, a microcosm of the global insurance and asset management leader Sun Life, is once again certified as a Great Place to Work (GPTW) organization. This is the fourth consecutive year that the organization has received the certification and its first GPTW certification since it repositioned itself as Sun Life Global Solutions. The Survey results draw on the employees’ responses to an independently conducted survey by the Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. 

The outcome of the survey shows that 93% people feel that they are fairly treated regardless of their sexual orientation, 92% experienced fair treatment regardless of race or gender, 91% affirm that the workplace is physically safe, and 90% shared a sense of pride on being a Sun Lifer and would like to tell others about the same.
