As an exemplary employer, the organization has been certified as a Great Place to Work and cited as one of Prosple’s Top Employers for Fresh Graduates. Based on an independent employee survey, SLGS Philippines has earned the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for the fifth time in a row. They achieved outstanding scores in areas such as workplace safety, fairness regardless of sexual orientation, race, or gender, and providing resources to help employees succeed.

SLGS Philippines also ranked 5th in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance category of Prosple’s Top Employers for Fresh Graduates, up from 24th place in the previous ranking. The award recognizes best-in-class graduate hiring programs selected through a sophisticated ranking technique to identify the most well-liked graduate employers in the nation. Prosple assesses both the popularity and the quality of each employer's graduate program to curate its esteemed top 100 list.

These recognitions underscore the organization’s deep seeded sense of Purpose and Client centricity, believes Tarun Sareen, Managing Director, Sun Life Global Solutions. “The culture at Sun Life is truly our superpower, and our Purpose the bedrock of the organization’s success. We are building a place where unique perspectives are not just welcomed but celebrated each day. We are on a journey to architect the future together, embrace innovation without borders and deliver impactful experiences for our Clients. We draw strength from our deep-rooted commitment to serve our Clients, Colleagues, Communities, and everyone who counts on us.”
