Alsons Development and Investment Corporation (Alsons Dev) has appointed Jolla A. Soriaga as Vice President and General Manager, effective November 1, 2025. She succeeds Eric D. de la Costa, who has retired after 26 years of dedicated service. The leadership transition underscores Alsons Dev's continued commitment to operational excellence and organizational strength.
Soriaga brings with her over 25 years of experience within Alsons Dev. She has taken on progressive leadership roles in business development, contributing to the successful delivery of flagship residential and mixed-use projects such as Las Terrazas, Northcrest, Fernwood, Wood Lane, Eden Ridge, and Northtown. Before her appointment, she served as Assistant Vice President for Business Development and Operations. In her new capacity, Soriaga will oversee the company’s day-to-day management, strategic initiatives, and governance.
