Landco Pacific Corporation puts the Philippines on the prestigious global map of leading real estate firms as its the Spinnaker sweeps two highly-coveted categories at the 2024-2025 Asia Pacific Property Awards organized by the International Property Awards (IPA).
The Spinnaker, the newly-launched iconic beachfront condotel at Resort Estates Club Laiya in Batangas was acclaimed the Asia Pacific Property Awards’ Best Sustainable Residential Development with Five Stars in the Philippines. This earned The Spinnaker the nomination on the regional level, where the development will be judged in the next round to determine Asia Pacific’s Best. The regional winner will then move on to the final round, to be judged against other regions of the world for the best overall international project. The top winners in each region will automatically be entered into the overall international awards, culminating in a glittering awards ceremony at the end of the year.
