In compliance with Bancnet Circular No: ITD-2018001887, effective October 1, 2018, UnionBank customers who use non-UnionBank ATMs for cash withdrawals and balance inquiries will be charged ATM fees by the bank operating the ATM.
UnionBank will not collect additional fees from UnionBank customers using non-UnionBank ATMs in the Philippines.
