The shirt, which featured a bespoke ICanServe Foundation emblem instead of the AIA logo, fetched over PHP1 million for the benefit of ICanServe Foundation, an advocacy group of breast cancer survivors and volunteers in the Philippines. The foundation was chosen by AIA Philippines as the auction beneficiary.

Dynamic Duo Kathryn and Min Bernardo Join AIA Philippines family as their latest Brand Ambassadors
Kathryn and Min Bernardo were officially introduced to the public through a reveal in the company’s social media assets, giving AIA followers a first peek into Kathryn and Min’s very special vlog.
The mother and daughter duo gave viewers a glimpse of their personal lives, which have not been previously shared publicly. They stopped by a local ube halaya vendor which made Min reminisce her pregnancy with Kathryn. “Not sure kung alam ninyo ito—kaya ganyan yung skin ni Kath ay dahil pinaglihi ko sya sa ube!” revealed Min. Min also shared their regular after school trips to the bookstore, where Kathryn asked her Mama to buy little trinkets, which she indulged as gift giving is one of her love languages.

While the coronavirus pandemic has altered the way we live, some things will never change. For this reason, more people are turning to life insurance companies to better prepare themselves and their loved ones against all things inevitable.
In a 2021 survey commissioned by the AIA Group, AIA Philippines’ Hong Kong-based parent company, majority of Filipinos acknowledged the severe impact COVID-19 has made on their well-being, not only in terms of their physical and mental health, but also on their social lives and financial security.
About 71 percent of the respondents said the pandemic had a negative effect on their personal/family finances—driven mostly by mass layoffs, limited economic activities, and shrinking business confidence—with average income reduction measured at 29 percent.

Meet Today's Agents Of Change
Students hacked their way into helping Filipinos live healthier, longer, better lives with AIA Life Hackers 2021!
Almost 1,200 students all over the country recently came together virtually to help AIA Philippines explore new ideas on how to make Filipinos live healthier, longer, and better lives through AIA Life Hackers 2021.
Now on its third year, Life Hackers is a virtual hackfest aimed to drive the company’s relevance in young people’s lives and create meaningful connections with them. In turn, the youth are empowered to become agents of change through their proposed creative and innovative solutions which will improve the lives of many Filipinos through life insurance.
Undergraduate college students from nearly 30 schools in the Philippines signed up and joined the competition. Each were tasked to submit a proposal under three categories: Technology or Data Solution, Marketing Solution, or Product/Service solutions.
