Billease Turns 9 with ₱1.5 Million Birthday Raffle

Billease is marking its ninth anniversary with a ₱1.5 million cash raffle, giving eligible customers the chance to win up to ₱1 million as part of its birthday celebration.

The anniversary promo will select 41 winners through a grand raffle draw supervised by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The promotion runs from September 1 to October 31, 2026, with the raffle draw scheduled for November 9, 2026.

₱1.5 Million in Cash Prizes

One grand prize winner will take home ₱1 million in cash, while 40 other winners will receive cash prizes ranging from ₱10,000 to ₱20,000.

Billease will cover the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.

How to Join the Billease Birthday Raffle

Eligible Billease customers can participate in three steps:

1. Check your eligibility.

Participants must be approved Billease account holders who are at least 18 years old and whose accounts are in good standing, with no delinquencies.

2. Opt in through the Billease app.

Open the Billease app and look for the official birthday promo pop-up. Tap “Join Promo” and confirm your basic contact details.

3. Earn raffle entries through eligible transactions.

For every ₱1,000 spent on eligible transactions, participants earn one raffle entry, with a maximum of 20 entries per qualified participant.

What Transactions Qualify?

Eligible transactions include a range of everyday financial activities, including:

• Cash Loans and Wallet Loans
• Bills Payment and Mobile Load
• POS Financing through online checkout and in-store transactions
• QRPh Payments and in-app deals
• Credit Line transactions

Important Dates

Promo Period: September 1, 2026, at 12:01 AM to October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM

Grand Raffle Draw: November 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM

Winner Announcement: November 9, 2026, through the official Billease Facebook page

The raffle draw will be conducted under DTI supervision.

What Participants Should Know

Participants may win only once. If a participant is drawn more than once, the higher-value prize will apply.

Accounts with past-due balances, canceled orders, or merchant refunds issued during the promo period may lose eligibility for raffle entries.

Winners will be notified through email and registered mail. They will have 60 calendar days from receipt of notification to claim their prizes, after which unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

Billease employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate.

As Billease marks nine years of serving Filipino consumers, the birthday raffle gives its eligible customers another reason to celebrate with ₱1.5 million in cash prizes up for grabs.
